Video walls and LED walls for exhibition stands
Moving images make their impact through scale and brightness. The selection and scope of video technology depend on stand size, content, viewing distance and the technical requirements of the project.
LED video walls on exhibition stands
An LED wall consists of individual modules, allowing its width and height to match the stand architecture. Pixel pitch determines the distance from which the image appears sharp: a wall beside a counter requires different specifications from a surface intended to be read from the hall aisle.
The technology available for a specific project depends on availability, stand area and requirements and is agreed in advance.
Sizes and formats
- Wall formats: Built from modules, allowing width and height to be adapted.
- Pixel pitch: Finer pitches for close viewing and coarser pitches for longer distances.
- Special formats: Corner, portrait or overhead formats may be possible depending on the project and are checked in advance.
- Alternatives: For smaller spaces, individual displays or a multi-screen video wall may be more suitable.
Integration into the stand architecture
A video wall is a structural component. It needs a load-bearing substructure, service space for assembly and maintenance, cable routes and sufficient power. We therefore determine its position, frame and height during the design stage.
Content and playback
- Output format: Resolution and aspect ratio follow from the module arrangement. We provide content specifications for the project.
- Playback technology: Media players, processors, signal distribution and cable routing within the stand.
- Programme: Loops, individual films or live images depending on the content and activity at the stand.
- Content production: On request and subject to available capacity, often in cooperation with your agency.
Installation and technical test
Installation takes place within the organiser’s allocated window. Before the fair opens, we test the picture, signal chain and audio and check the content on the installed wall. Your stand team receives a short briefing.
We remain reachable during the event. The availability and scope of on-site technical support are agreed in advance.
Combined lighting, audio and presentation technology
A bright video wall changes the lighting across the whole stand. We therefore plan lighting, audio and other presentation surfaces together with the wall. Scope and availability depend on the project and are set by agreement.

Yes. We provide the required format and resolution for the project. Files can be supplied in advance or on site.
