AV equipment and rental furniture for exhibition stands
We equip exhibition stands with media technology and furniture from our inventory or through partners when specialist equipment is required. Installation, a handover briefing and collection are included.
Media technology
- Displays: Screens in common sizes, freestanding, wall-mounted or on floor stands.
- LED video walls: Large displays in different pixel pitches. Selection and scope depend on the stand size, content, viewing distance and technical project requirements.
- Touch systems: Interactive displays and kiosks for product configurators and catalogues.
- Playback: Media players, laptops, signal distribution and cable routing within the stand.
- Audio: Speakers, mixing desks, wireless microphones and headsets for stand presentations.
- Network: Wired connections and Wi-Fi access points for reliable connectivity.
Furniture
From bar stools and lounge seating to meeting tables and illuminated counters, we align the selection with the stand design rather than assembling furniture solely according to availability.

Delivery and support
Equipment is delivered, connected and tested before the fair opens. Your stand team receives a short briefing. We can be reached if technical issues arise; the availability and scope of on-site support are agreed in advance.
Frequently asked questions
Can we show our own content on the screens?
Yes. You can provide files in advance or on site, and we configure playback. For video walls, we agree the required format beforehand.
Are delivery and installation included in the price?
We show delivery, installation and collection as separate items so that the calculation remains transparent.
Can technology be booked without stand construction?
Yes. Technology and furniture can also be booked when another company builds the stand.
