Our workshop is in List, close to the exhibition grounds. During installation days, this proximity determines how quickly we can respond to changes.
Our team brings together carpenters, installers, technical designers and creatives. The result is a design that works on screen and can also be built, transported and assembled within a few days.
We prefer reliable schedules to optimistic promises and tell you early if something cannot be delivered within the required time or budget.
First-time exhibitors in Hannover can easily underestimate the organisation between stand confirmation and opening day, from vehicle access slots and utility connections to final stand acceptance.
We support exhibitors at major industrial trade fairs and smaller specialist events in the Convention Center.
Frequently asked questions about exhibition stands
How much does an exhibition stand in Hannover cost?
The cost depends mainly on stand size, construction method, height and equipment. A modular system stand costs considerably less than a custom stand of the same size. Send us the event, area and stand type and we will provide a transparent cost range.
How early should an exhibition stand be commissioned?
The earlier planning starts, the better. At least twelve weeks before the fair normally provides enough time for design, coordination, production and organisation. Shorter lead times may be possible depending on stand size and project scope.
Do you work with international exhibitors?
Yes. For exhibitors travelling from abroad, we act as the local partner in Hannover: coordinating with the organiser, sourcing locally, installing the stand and, subject to arrangement, providing support during the event. We can also implement a design supplied by your own stand builder.
Do you only build at the Hannover exhibition grounds?
No. Hannover is our base, and we deliver projects at exhibition venues throughout Germany and elsewhere in Europe.
Can an existing stand be adapted?
Existing design concepts, graphics and suitable stand components can often be adapted for another event. Which parts can be used again or changed depends on the new stand area, the previous concept and the event requirements.
