Full-service exhibition stands: one contact for the entire project
An exhibition presence combines many trades whose schedules need to fit together. We coordinate them so that your company has one interface to manage. The precise scope is agreed for each project.
What full service can include
- Preparation: Review of exhibitor documents, deadline schedule and orders for utilities and services.
- Planning and construction: Design, technical planning, production and graphics; structural evidence depending on the structure.
- Technology: Lighting, screens, audio, networking and power distribution.
- Equipment: Furniture, flooring, plants, kitchen appliances and storage.
- Logistics: Transport, time-slot bookings, unloading and return transport.
- Installation: Assembly within the allocated window, functional checks and handover.
- During the fair: Cleaning, additional deliveries and technical cover subject to prior arrangement.
- After the fair: Dismantling, return transport, storage and final invoicing.
Schedule and deadlines
Many avoidable costs arise when organiser deadlines are missed: late orders for electricity, water or rigging regularly cost more. At the start of the project, we prepare and monitor a schedule containing registration deadlines, production dates and installation windows.
Stand personnel
On request, we can arrange hosts, stand personnel, interpreters and service staff. The team is briefed on your presence and products in advance.
For international exhibitors
If you are travelling from abroad to exhibit in Hannover, we act as your local partner: coordinating with the organiser, sourcing locally, installing the stand and providing a contact who can be reached during the event. We can also work with your existing stand builder or agency in your home country and implement their design.
Frequently asked questions
Will we receive one consolidated invoice?
Yes. You receive one quote and one invoice for all services. Items are broken down by trade so each amount remains transparent.
Can we handle individual services ourselves?
Yes. The scope can be assembled freely. Clients often provide graphics or organise exhibit logistics themselves and ask us to coordinate the rest.
Can someone be reached during the fair?
Yes. For full-service projects, we name a contact who is available during the event.
