Large-format printing and exhibition stand graphics
Graphics determine whether visitors recognise a stand from a distance. We produce the printed materials for your presence and install them with clean edges and accurately aligned joins.

- Tension-fabric frames: Backlightable, foldable for transport and fitted with replaceable graphics, making them a standard choice for large stand walls.
- Rigid-panel printing: Direct printing on lightweight foam board, composite panels or acrylic for fixed installations.
- Vinyl lettering: Self-adhesive film and plotter-cut lettering for walls, glass, counters and furniture.
- Banners: Large-format sheets with eyelets or keder edging for suspended and outdoor applications.
- Roll-ups and displays: Transportable systems for small areas and additional presentations.

Artwork
We provide project-specific artwork requirements and coordinate with your design team or agency where needed.
- Open artwork or PDF/X with embedded fonts
- Colours specified in CMYK; spot colours in HKS or Pantone
- Resolution appropriate to viewing distance; lower values are often sufficient for large format
- Bleed and a safe distance from frame edges
Materials and fire safety
Exhibition stands require flame-retardant materials compliant with DIN 4102 B1. We use appropriately certified print materials and can provide the relevant evidence if requested by the organiser.
Installation
We install graphics with clean alignment, bubble-free adhesion and accurately matched joins. On stands used for several events, the graphic skin can be replaced while the structure remains in place.
Frequently asked questions
How long does production take?
Ideally, allow around 20 working days for production. Shorter lead times may be possible in urgent cases depending on the material, scope and current capacity, subject to individual review and agreement.
Can you also design the stand graphics?
Depending on project scope and available capacity, we can support the design of stand graphics or work with your existing design team. The precise scope is agreed in advance.
Can existing frames be fitted with new graphics?
In many cases, yes. The system name and dimensions allow us to check whether new graphics will fit the existing frame.
