Exhibition logistics: transport, installation windows and storage

We transport stand components, graphics, furniture and exhibits to the venue and back. Sensitive components are protected in reusable transport crates; for exhibits with special requirements, we agree packaging and load securing in advance.

Hall access is regulated during installation and dismantling. We book the required time slots, coordinate arrival and liaise with the authorised on-site freight forwarder when forklifts, cranes or access platforms are needed.

Shipments from outside the EU involve customs formalities. A Carnet ATA is often suitable for exhibits that will be exported again after the fair. We work with specialist freight forwarders and align their schedule with the installation plan.

After dismantling, suitable stand components can be stored. Inventory is recorded, damage documented and components repaired before their next use. For a subsequent event, only the graphics often need to be adapted.

During dismantling, we separate materials and route them to the appropriate disposal channels. Reusable components return to storage instead of a skip, reducing disposal costs and material demand for the next event.
